About Tim
Partner Emeritus at Cooper Norman is a working seat, not an honorary one. Tim is who owners call when the question is bigger than one department: what the business is actually worth, whether the buy-sell terms hold for both sides, how the tax position changes once ownership moves. He leads Business Valuation and Business Transition Planning engagements and stays close to the Tax Planning & Advisory work that runs alongside them.
Cooper Norman has worked with Idaho and Utah businesses since 1954, and its six offices run as one connected team, so a valuation, an audit, and a transition plan do not have to be three separate relationships. Tim's job is to keep those pieces pointed at the same decision, pull in Audit & Assurance or Client Accounting Services when the numbers have to be built before they can be judged, and lay the tradeoffs out plainly so the owner is the one who decides. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
