Jordan Graves, CPA/ABV/CFF, is a Partner at Cooper Norman, where he leads the firm’s business valuation, forensic accounting, economic damages, and litigation support services. He has specialized in forensic and valuation work since 2010, building a practice that spans engagements from complex, high-stakes disputes to closely held business matters.

Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Idaho and California, and he holds two of the profession’s premier specialty credentials from the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA): Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). He has performed business valuations for litigation, due diligence, buy/sell agreements, exit and transition planning, divorce, and estate, gift, and tax purposes. His forensic and consulting work covers personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, employment disputes, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and marital dissolution.

A seasoned expert witness, Jordan completed the AICPA Expert Witness Skills Workshop and testified in Federal and Idaho courts. His ability to translate complex financial issues into clear, credible conclusions has helped resolve many disputes before trial and stand up to scrutiny during it.

Jordan is active in advancing his profession nationally. He serves as the AICPA ABV Champion Western Regional Representative and sits on the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Conference Committee, and he is a frequent presenter at the AICPA & CIMA Forensic and Valuation Services Conference and other professional and industry forums.
