Terri Gazdik is a Partner and for the past 30 years has worked to develop our Construction Industry team as well as assisting our Accounting and Auditing services team. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Terri is a member of our Executive Committee.

Terri is passionate about growing the Construction Industry niche for our Company through developing others, providing education, and being a resource for the firm and the community.

In her spare time, Terri is focused on wildlife photography and spending time with her family traveling to new places.

Terri’s strong accounting and tax experience in the Construction Industry make her a great part of the Cooper Norman family.

Thomas Ryan:
Thomas Ryan is a partner, and for nearly a decade, he has worked on all types of attestations and assurance projects across various industries, with a focus on construction clients. Thomas began his career with CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) before joining Cooper Norman in 2021.

Thomas is passionate about performing quality assurance projects because he takes pride in helping clients improve controls, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with confidence. He believes strong financial oversight helps organizations build trust and achieve long-term success.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and golfing.
