Todd has developed extensive knowledge in the areas of:

• Estate planning
• Family business transitions
• Charitable trusts

Todd also has considerable knowledge and practical expertise in the area of tax. He is the workflow coordinator for the Twin Falls office of Cooper Norman overseeing and directing projects and personnel resources.

He has been involved in all the traditional accounting and tax issues faced by small businesses and their owners. Mr. Wadsworth's clients include businesses from the retail, wholesale, service, manufacturing, construction and farming industries.

Mr. Wadsworth is actively involved in the local Twin Falls community. He has served as the committee chair for the Magic Valley Leadership program sponsored by the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce and the College of Southern Idaho.

Mr. Wadsworth participated as an active member in the steering committee for the Leave A Legacy organization, which centers its activities on planned giving to non-profit organizations. Additionally, Mr. Wadsworth is the chair of the Professional Advisory Committee for Leave A Legacy. Mr. Wadsworth is a member of the South Hill Sidekicks 4H club.
