Carl Johnson Qualifications and Background Carl completed his formal education in Accounting and Business Management at the College of Southern Idaho. Twenty years of experience in Human Resource Management Carl joined Cooper Norman as a Human Resource Consultant in 2003

Carl is a Twin Falls, Idaho native. He has twenty years of experience in Human Resource Management. During those years, he served as the Human Resource and Safety Manager for two companies in the Magic Valley.

Carl has managed corporate benefit packages including:

• Group medical plans
• Cafeteria plans
• Incentive packages
• 401(k) retirement plans

Carl has experience in up-front management planning.

Carl has served as a volunteer in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 1981. He has served as chapter president, vice president, program chair, and legislative representative. He is currently the membership chair.

Carl is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Management Association; actively involved in the local Snake River Chapter of the Association.
