Arthur Rammell joined Cooper Norman after working industry and in the public sector for four years.

He has developed an expertise the areas of:

• Auditing
• Employee benefits
• Construction
• Small business management advisory

He is the workflow coordinator for the Idaho Falls office of Cooper Norman overseeing and directing projects and personnel resources. In addition, Art owns an interest in a construction related business. He understands business as a professional advisor and as a small business owner.

Art serves on the Accounting and Auditing Committee and the Employee Benefit Services Committee of the firm and the Employee Benefits Services Committee of CPA Associates International.

Art is currently a member of:

• American Institute of CPA’s
• Idaho Society of CPA’s

He is serving as treasurer and board member of the Eastern Idaho Technical College Foundation and is a member of Rotary Club International. Art also served a key role as the treasurer of the Idaho Falls Arts Council for many years during the planning and construction phases of the new Willard Arts Center located in Idaho Falls.
